Having worked in the baking industry in Essex and Somerset making and designing celebration cakes, Carol provides bespoke designed cakes to suit your special occasion or event making your cake the unique centerpiece for you and your guests. Carol, the creative talent behind ‘Cake Expectation’ works closely with her clients from initial consultation through to completion to design a cake that fully meets their expectations in terms of both looks and taste.
